1. About Prodex

Prodex is an IT solutions and business services company. We also run training programs that issue certificates to trainees who complete them.

2. Registration

• You must give accurate, up-to-date information when you register.
• Your seat is confirmed only after registration (and payment, if the program has a fee) is complete.
• We may reschedule or cancel a program if needed. If we cancel, you'll get a refund or a spot in the next batch.

3. Fees & Refunds

4. Trainee Conduct

• You'll receive a certificate if you meet the program's completion requirements (e.g. attendance, assignments, or a final assessment).
• Certificates confirm training completion only — they are not a job guarantee or government license.
• We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or false information.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials and website content belong to Prodex. You may use them for personal learning only — not for resale or redistribution.

7. Liability

We aim to deliver quality training but don't guarantee specific outcomes (like job placement). To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes subject to the courts of Dhaka.
